Ranbir out of race for Vidhu’s Chithiyan
Buzz was that actor Ranbir Kapoor, 29, was in the running to play the lead in filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Chithiyan. But rumours now suggest the actor has left the project due to date issues.

Buzz was that actor Ranbir Kapoor, 29, was in the running to play the lead in filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Chithiyan. But rumours now suggest the actor has left the project due to date issues.
“Ranbir will not be doing Chithiyan as he had some date issues ... It was a mutual decision between him and Vidhu,” a source close to Chopra was quoted as saying.
