Rangoon fails at BO, and here’s what Shahid Kapoor has to say about it

During a recent Twitter chat with his fans, Shahid Kapoor was asked how “does it feel” when a film doesn’t get “commercial success” to which he replied, “Shitty.” Given the fact that Rangoon has not worked at the ticket windows, Shahid must be feeling the same!

During a recent Twitter chat, a fan asked Shahid, “One straight forward question.Keeping awards & rewards aside how does it feel when your film doesn’t get commercial success?”

To which he replied, “S#!tty.”

The Hindustan Times review said: “Within minutes of the movie’s beginning, you realise the promise of a heart-wrenching period drama was a farce -- a set-up to promote a self-indulgent film that doesn’t know what it wants to be.”

Rangoon has earned Rs 19.25 crore within a week of the release, as per a boxofficeindia report.
