Two months after the pack up of her comeback film Hichki, Rani Mukerji has now gearing up for the publicity of Siddharth P Malhotra directorial and her latest picture will certainly amaze you. In a picture that surfaced online Monday night, Rani is all about confidence .

In a photograph shared by Avinash Gowarikar, Rani looks slim and svelte. The last vestiges of pregnancy weight -- most of which she anyway lost before she started shooting for the film -- is also gone. “#PostPackUpShot with one of my all time favourites!! #RaniMukherjee after the publicity shoot of #Hichki! Can’t wait to see her back in action,” Gowarikar wrote with the picture.

The shooting for Hichki was wrapped up in June and the film is currently under post-production. The photo is part of Rani’s publicity photoshoot for the film.

The photo reminds of this song from her 2012 film, Laga Chunri Mein Daag:

Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, Hichki is supposed to be a positive and inspiring story about a woman who turns her biggest weakness into her strength.Hichki will be her first film after her daughter’s birth. She was last seen in Mardaani (2014). Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor and Kajol-starrer We Are Family was Siddharth’s last film.

Speaking about the film that is being produced by husband Aditya’s Yash Raj Films, Rani earlier said in a press statement, “I was looking for a script that would challenge and excite me, and Hichki came my way. Each of us has a weakness that pulls us back. It could be a disability or any condition but if we just look at it as simply a hiccup, we can emerge as a winner. It won’t come in the way of achieving our dreams. Hichki is built on this positive premise and I decided to take it up.”

Rani is married to filmmaker Aditya Chopra. They have a daughter, Adira, who was born in 2015.
