The frenzy around Salman Khan's conviction in the 2002 hit-and-run case has now shifted from the courtroom to the virtual world. After Twitter shockers from singer Abhijeet and actor Ajaz Khan on May 6 after the verdict, Rishi Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha took to the microblogging site to distance themselves from the vitriolic, insensitive tweets.
Abhijeet had compared pavement dwellers with dogs in his tweet on May 6.
He also wrote:
Another actor Ajaz Khan tweeted something similar.

Incensed with the insensitivity of the tweets, Rishi Kapoor took a tough stand on it.
Sonakshi Sinha also gave a piece of her mind to Abhijeet.
However, that doesn’t seem to slow down Abhijeet as he kept posting photos on Twitter.
