In between, he also shot for Karan Johar’s chat show’s opening episode and flew off to Romania for a song shoot.

But now, we have heard that as his birthday (December 27) comes close, the actor is set to take a week-long break. "Yes, after wrapping up the current schedule of Kick in the last week of December, Salman will take a small holiday because he has been working constantly for several months now. After the break, he will start the promotion campaign for Jai Ho," says an insider.

However, the actor will have to celebrate his birthday on the sets of Kick. “Sajid and the entire cast and crew will bring in his birthday on the sets. They are making special arrangements for it,” adds the insider.

After coming back from the holiday, Salman will start promoting Jai Ho, which is scheduled to release on January 24. He is also slated to start work on No Entry Mein Entry and Kabir Khan’s yet-untitled next around the same time.

The actor couldn’t be reached for a comment.
