Judicial Magistrate Ashutosh Agrawal dismissed the petition of a city-based organisation against Devgn and Central Board of Film Certification chairman Pahlaj Nihalani.

Ajay Devgn plays the lead in Shivaay which he has also directed and produced. Shivaay is slated to release on October 28.

The petitioner said a song in the film shows scantily dressed girls dancing which hurts the religious feeling of Hindus and sought prosecution of Devgn and Nihalani under sections 295A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings) of IPC.
