After Munni badnam and Sheila ki jawani reset the item number trend in Bollywood, almost every film is trying to cash in on it, including Yash Raj studio’s new film, Luv Ka The End.

The film, an anti-romantic-comedy, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Taaha Shah in lead roles, has an item number Mutton, that the producers claim will match other hit songs in popularity. “It is an amazing song with superb lyrics,” says Ashish Patil, head of Y-Films, at the music launch of Yashraj Studios. The film is slated to release on May 6.
