Taapsee Pannu introduces Ali Fazal to squash

Actors Taapsee Pannu and Ali Fazal bonded over squash while shooting for their upcoming film.

Actors Ali Fazal and Taapsee Pannu are shooting for their film Tadka and seem to be having the time of their lives on the sets. Taapsee has introduced Ali to squash and they often play during their free time.

“Ali was quite a sport when I asked him to play squash with me. We used to play before or after our call time for shoot. He learnt the sport pretty quickly. It was fun and exhausting to play squash for an hour post our shoot, but it was worth it,” says Taapsee, who makes sure to take out time for a game at least twice a week.

Both actors are extremely fond of trying out new fitness regimes, and this is one of the reasons for their bonding. “They both are fitness lovers and don’t like their fitness routines to be normal. They experimented with several techniques and activities, during the shoot. So, while they were discussing fitness, Taapsee introduced and invited Ali to play squash as she believes that it’s the best cardio exercise,” says a source from the sets of the film.
