Shaikh Shafique, the lead actor of Malegaon Ka Superman, is suffering from a life-threatening bout of cancer. The actor lives in Malegaon with his family — mother, wife, two daughters, five brothers and two sisters — and has found himself face to face with an impending tragedy.

According to doctors, Shaikh has only one more month to live and since the disease has reached its last stage, his family and friends are doing everything they can to keep him happy. Even the filmmakers, Anurag Kashyap, Sunil Bohra, Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar go to Malegaon regularly with messages and wishes from the fraternity.

Malegaon Ka Superman, directed by Shaikh Nasir, is a comedy about a superman who fights a guthka baron. We really wish this superman of our film industry a miraculous recovery.
