Trying to tame a lion: RGV on Amitabh Bachchan in Sarkar 3

Ram Gopal Varma has posted some pictures from the sets of Sarkar 3 on social media.

If you thought post Pink’s super success Amitabh Bachchan would take it easy for a few months, here’s more proof of Bollywood’s biggest superstar’s work ethics. Reports suggest that he’s already started shooting for Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar 3. He is reprising his role of Subhash Nagre in the third film of the franchise that started with Sarkar in 2005.

Amitabh Bachchan will reprise his role of Subhash Nagre in Sarkar 3.

RGV posted some pictures from the sets of the film on his Twitter timeline on Monday.

Sarkar 3 has a stellar star cast that includes the likes of Manoj Bajpayee, Ronit Roy, Jackie Shroff and Yami Gautam.

Varma, who made heads turn with his 1989 Telugu film Siva, soon secured a place for himself in the Hindi film industry as well. Mostly known for his crime genre films, RGV has also directed lovestories like Rangeela and Nishabd.

Sarkar 3 will hit the screens in 2017.
