Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor’s Befikre is ticking all the right boxes already even though the film’s release date is more than a month away. On Friday, we were introduced to a new song from the film, Ude Dil Befikre: An extension of what we’ve already seen in the trailer, the song surely ups the glamour quotient by many notches.

Befikre will hit the screens on December 9, 2016.

Picturised on Dharam (Ranveer) and Shyra (Vaani) partying hard in some of the most exotic locations from around the world, the look and feel of the 150-second song is enhanced manifold as cinematographer Kaname Onoyama’s camera takes us through neon-lit bylances and fashionable people.

However, the film seems like a challenge for India’s traditional mindset which largely doesn’t approve of such kind of love. In fact, filmmakers have normally shied away from going the full length to show ‘friends with benefits’. They end up showing a wedding. Though films like Shuddh Desi Romance and Ae dil Hai Mushkil are exceptions.

Directed by Aditya Chopra, Befikre will hit the screens on December 9, 2016.
