Spain Installs 500-Metre Floating Barrier in Ceuta After Mass Migrant Surge

Spain has begun installing a 500-metre floating barrier in Ceuta after an unprecedented migrant surge from Morocco left at least 67 people dead. The new barrier is aimed at strengthening border security along one of the European Union's only land borders with Africa.
