“I am very excited about it. It’s my first bilingual film and the film is a huge project. I think it is a co-incidence that all of the movies I am doing has a little touch of social cause. And I think when we can club creativity with commerce there is nothing like it,” Yami said.

The 27-year-old is playing a lawyer in the bilingual film. “I play a budding lawyer. It feels close to me because I was a student of law. She has come from a very small town and it it is on the lines of honour killing and how still its prevalent in the society,” she shares. Asked how tough to shoot the film in two languages, she said, “It’s not easy. But I think as an actor that is the whole challenge and I don’t think creativity can be barred with language.”

Yami has also just finished shooting director Neeraj Pandey’s Aman Ki Asha.
