Offhandedly Singh asked from the stage whether Seth was lurking in the audience. As if stirred by the remark, a very short man with balding hair was seen ducking further into the corner as a hallful of people swivelled their eyes at him. It was Seth-ji.

Real book lovers
There are 650 books in the reading room set up by the British Council at the festival area inside Diggi Palace. And the response has been good. In fact it's been so good that since the festival started, seven books have been filched and four booklovers have been caught redhanded.
