Love the smart six-year-old and his (oh so) wise stuffed tiger? We’re big fans of the Bill Waterson series, so we were thrilled to find that three volumes can now be bought as ebooks (see Andrewsmcmeel.com). And while we’re on the subject, here’s six other ways to celebrate your love for the boy and his toy.

The documentary film
Dear Mr Watterson, which follows the career of Bill Waterson and the impact of the comic strip on the world, came out last year, and while I doubt it will come to our screens soon, buy it online on Amazon or iTunes.

The website
Calvin-and-hobbes.org has random and fun Calvin & Hobbes facts, comic strips (of course), lets you create your own strip, compiles fan art (someone has a Calvin tattoo!) and lets you know what the comic is called worldwide (In the Philippines, it’s Kalvin at Jobbes).

The tumblr page
Calvinhobbesdaily.tumblr.com uploads one strip every day. No more, no less.

The DIY site
Always wanted your own Hobbes stuffed toy? Go to Instructables.com and search for Hobbes. There’s even a costume idea for Stupendous Man!

The Facebook page
Type ‘Calvin and Hobbes’ into your search window, and you’ll find the official page. Not only can you read the strips here, you can connect with other fans as well.

The Twitter handle

@Calvinn_Hobbes

will give you a steady diet of comic strips and one-liners through the day.
