You graduated in psychology and your family is into aviation. How did you then end up in the fashion industry?
It was all thanks to this close friend of mine.
During a fashion week, she emotionally blackmailed me to help set up her stall and that’s when I entered the world of fashion!

Thanks to that, I’ve learnt on the job by interacting with the karigars and working within constraints.

It’s not about feeling the fabric, but fabricating one’s feelings.
You have dressed almost all top Bollywood heroines. Who do you think looks best in your creations?
This is like asking a mother to choose her favourite child! I attribute a major part of my success to the leading ladies of Bollywood and working with each one of them was a dream come true for me.
