The company furnished a bank guarantee of Rs 37-crore and a bond amount of Rs 150-crore, equivalent to the value of the aircraft, in Delhi to get the seized plane released provisionally on Friday.

The Government had on Wednesday issued a seizure notice for an aircraft of Anil Ambani group over alleged customs duty evasion.

Now the adjudication proceedings would decide on the amount of fine and penalty for the alleged duty evasion, the official said.
