Rathod has signed a document to pledge that he will not directy interfere with the company’s internal matters.

Firodia was allegedly attacked by company workers led by Rathod in Ahmednagar, during a protest against the dismissal of 60 employees at the factory. Rathod on the other hand said he was threatened by Firodia and attacked by his goons.

“The State should take note of such incidences which will deter current and future companies to set up their base in Maharashtra,” Firodia said.
