Employees of 219 Urban Local Bodies, inclduing seven Corporations, will now get their salary dues with the Government releasing a sum of Rs 109.48 crore for the purpose.
As per the recommendations by the Urban Local Bodies, the government on Friday released Rs 109.48 Crore for payment salaries for the months of April, May and June 2008, an official release said in Bangalore.
These workers had not been paid salary for the last three months, sources said.
