SC dismisses cross appeals on FM stations allotment

The SC has dismissed cross appeals from the Centre and Radio challenging a Delhi HC ruling that upheld Centre's decision to disqualify the media firm from operating FM stations in the country.

The Supreme Court has dismissed cross appeals from the Centre and Radio on Friday challenging a Delhi High Court ruling that upheld Centre's decision to disqualify the media firm from operating FM stations in the country.
