SEBI not seeking to question raju when in police custody
Market regulator SEBI is not seeking to interrogate Ramalinga Raju and others , while they are in police custody, SEBI`s lawyer Pradyumna Kumar Reddy told HT.

Market regulator SEBI is not seeking to interrogate Ramalinga Raju and others , while they are in police custody, SEBI`s lawyer Pradyumna Kumar Reddy told HT.
“They are in CB-CID police custody. We cannot ask to question them while they are in police custody,” Reddy said.
He said he will move the court on Monday as scheduled seeking court direction to question Ramalinga Raju and others.
SEBI team arrived at Hyderabad on Jan 8 and had an appointment with Ramalinga Raju on Jan 9 but the meet never happened as police arrested Raju and subseqnently they were remanded to judicial custody.
