Sutlej Q4 net zooms 262.2% to Rs 52.6 cr

Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd (Sutlej) has reported a 262.8% year-on-year increase in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March at Rs 52.6 crore. The company had reported a profit of Rs 14.5 crore last year.

The company’s turnover grew by 39.2% during the quarter to Rs 443.6 crore compared to Rs 318.6 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full year 2010-11, the company’s net profit grew by 334.6% to Rs 1,14.3 crore against Rs 16.3 crore in the previous year, while turnover grew by 37.9% to Rs 1,581.7 crore against Rs 1,146.9 crore in the previous year.
