5 trains won’t make it to Chd till Sept 4 due to repair at station

In view of construction work on platform number 2 at Chandigarh railway station, five trains will be reaching the city between August 10 and September 4.

In view of construction work on platform number 2 at Chandigarh railway station, five trains will be reaching the city between August 10 and September 4.

The Chandigarh-Ludhiana special train will be terminated at SAS Nagar during this period. The Ferozepur-Chandigarh Express has also been cancelled between Ludhiana and Chandigarh till September 4.

The Jaipur-Chandigarh Intercity Express has been cancelled between Ambala and Chandigarh. Passengers will be able to catch the train from Ambala during this period.

The Ramnagar-Chandigarh weekly train will remain cancelled between Chandigarh and Ambala on every Monday during the period.

The Indore-Chandigarh Express that leaves every Friday, too, has been cancelled between Ambala and Chandigarh. Passengers will have to culminate their journey or board the train at Ambala.
