6 get life term for killing 18-year-old

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 each on accused. The court convicted Raju, Mohan Kumar, Raj Kumar, Rahul, Amandeep Singh, Akash under Section 302 (murder) and several other Sections of the IPC.

On May 12 last year, victim Salman Khan and his brother Wahid Khan, residents of Janta Colony in Nayagaon, allegedly had an altercation with Raju. Soon after, Raju and his friends confronted Wahid and Salman with sharp-edged weapons. As a result, the victim was injured seriously. He was rushed to GMSH, Sector 16, from where he was referred to PGIMER, where he succumbed to injuries.
