Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at least five times since the NDA came to power in May 2014. In almost every meeting, the CM raised a host of demands for the state and even took up issues with top Union ministers. Over a year and many meetings later, the CM, however, has nothing to write home about, belying the high hopes that the SAD-BJP regime had from the Modi sarkar.
