Badal threatens to quit as Punjab CM over Haryana SGPC

Parkash Singh Badal meets union ministers Rajnath Singh and Arun Jaitley on Wednesday and says he will resign as Punjab chief minister if the SGPC is divided and a separate Sikh gurdwara committee is created for Haryana.
