Bains wants letterbox as symbol

Bains claims that he had won the assembly election in 2012 on this symbol as an independent, so the same symbol be allotted to him again.
The election commis - sion said a recognised party retained a particular symbol or the same symbol is allotted when the candidate is again contesting the previously won election – of MP or MLA.
