"Our team had gone to Sirsa to question the dera chief in connection with the case registered against him last year" Bathinda's police chief, Naunihal Singh told PTI.

He said that it was for the second time the dera chief had been questioned in connection with the case this year.

" So far the progress in the case like status quo. The dera Chief has been maintaining ignorance about the entire incident while at times he has not cooperated with the team members,"he said.

A case against the dera chief had been registered by the Bathinda police last year after a complaint was lodged that Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh had allegedly attited himself in a dress similar to that worn by Tenth Sikh Guru Gobind Singh.
