Raahgiri Day continues to evoke a great response with large number of people enthusiastically taking part in different activities on Sunday morning.

Raahgiri Day continues to evoke a great response with large number of people enthusiastically taking part in different activities on Sunday morning.

The event aims at making people feel happy and safe on roads again.

With an aim to give leisure time to the visitors, the vehicular moment on the roads around the Sector 42 Lake was restricted from 7am to 12pm in coordination with the Chandigarh traffic police.

People of different age groups were seen running, cycling, skating, playing football and taking part in different fun-related activities.

A camp was also conducted to check body mass index (BMI). Besides, there was aerobics, an energy-packed Zumba session and a yoga session.

Visitors were provided badminton rackets, discs, scooties and cycles, and other playing tools for free.
