EC launches voter enrolment campaign
The Election Commission (EC) of India has launched a campaign, 'Be Responsible Become a Voter', to ensure the enrolment of all persons of 18 years or above as on January 1, 2014.

The Election Commission (EC) of India has launched a campaign, 'Be Responsible Become a Voter', to ensure the enrolment of all persons of 18 years or above as on January 1, 2014.
Stating this here, a spokesman for the state chief electoral office said the summary revision of electoral rolls in Punjab was already on and would continue till October 4.
To become voters, aspirants need to fill Form 6 (Form 6-A for overseas applicants).
The forms should be submitted to the district election office, electoral registration officer or booth-level officer till October 4, he added.
