ETO suicide case: police arrest fourth accused
Police arrested Rajinder Singh---the trader who acted as complainant in the trap against ETO Ranjit Singh. He is the forth person to be arrested, now only head constable Harminder Singh is still absconding. ETO Ranjit Singh was falsely implicated and had later committed suicide.
