Gunmen kill forest employee in south Kashmir
A daily wager in the forest department was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in south Kashmir district of Pulwama last night, official sources said here today. They said gunmen fired upon Liyaqat Sultan Lone a daily wager in forest department at Manzgam from close range.

A daily wager in the forest department was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in south Kashmir district of Pulwama last night, official sources said here Wednesday.
They said gunmen fired upon Liyaqat Sultan Lone a daily wager in forest department at Manzgam from close range. He was immediately rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead.
The gunmen later managed to escape under the cover of dark.
A massive hunt has been launched to nab the gunmen. On June 4 a 70-year-old Abdul Gani Digoo, affiliated with ruling National Conference, was shot at and wounded by gunmen in Badrinath Pulwama district.
