HC questions PPCC's legal stand to challenge delimitation process
The Punjab and Haryana high court questions locus standi (legal stand) of Punjab Pradesh Congress committee (PPCC) to file petition challenging delimitation exercise by the Punjab government for the upcoming panchayat elections. Asks PPCC to clear its stand by May 1 whether it is a registerd body.
