Ice cream fest begins at Sukhna today

The Chandigarh Industrial and Tourism Development Corporation (CITCO) in association with Chandigarh Tourism is all set to celebrate Yippie Ice Cream Festival from Friday.

The three-day Yippie Ice Cream Festival is being celebrated at Sukhna Lake.The main attraction of the festival will be the 20 feet high dream ice cream cup, inviting youngsters and ice cream lovers to mark World Ice Cream Day.

The ice cream eating contest will be held on Saturday and Sunday. The festival has participation from international brands such as London Diary, Baskin Robbins, Giani's, etc, in addition to special traditional ice creams such as like chuskee, matka kulfi, Ishar kulfi of Kalka, fruit churned ice creams from Ambala and many more.
