Manali witnesses rain, mercury drops
The tourist town of Manali and its surrounding areas witnessed rainfall on Sunday. The torrential rains have resulted in a considerable decline in mercury in the entire Kullu valley.

The tourist town of Manali and its surrounding areas witnessed rainfall on Sunday. The torrential rains have resulted in a considerable decline in mercury in the entire Kullu valley.
Meanwhile, the plucking of apples has been hampered by the rain. However, the fruit growers feel that little moisture and downpour might help enlarge the size of apples, which as compared to last year is reported to be smaller.
