Modi, Sonia to address rallies in Sirsa

With all the political parties having declared their candidates for the assembly polls, it’s now turn for their star campaigners to draw crowds at rallies. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally in Haryana for the BJP candidates, Congress president Sonia Gandhi will also campaign in the state.

According to sources, Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has been trying to rope in Geetika Sharma’s brother Ankit Sharma to campaign against Gopal Kanda, Haryana Lokhit Party candidate from Sirsa. Kanda is accused of abetting suicide Geetika, his former employee.

While Sonia Gandhi will campaign for Congress candidate in Sirsa on October 4, Modi will attend a big rally in Sirsa on October 11. According to sources, cricketer Yuvraj Singh is also expected at the BJP rally.
