Parkash Singh Badal mourns demise of Former President Dr Kalam

Chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of former President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam (84) who died in a private hospital at Shillong after having collapsed at the Indian Institute of Management while delivering a lecture to the students of B-School.

In his condolence message, the CM described Dr Kalam as a towering and multifaceted personality, an eminent academician, a noted nuclear scientist and above all a fine human being.
