People from low-income groups are our backbone: Hooda

Chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Friday described people from the financially backward sections as the backbone of the Congress party. At a function organised to mark the 616th 'Parkash Utsav' of Saint Kabir at Gohana road in Rohtak district, Hooda said that the poor had always supported the party. He added that the party would stand by the poor when required.
