President confers Padma Vibhushan on Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal

President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday conferred the coveted Padma Vibhushan award to the Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal at a Civil Investiture Ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhavan this morning.

Badal was presented award by the president in the presence ofvice president of India Dr. Hameed Ansari and Prime Minister Narendra Modi besides several union ministers.
