Punjab: 5 IAS, 4 PCS get fresh postings

The Punjab government on Friday notified fresh postings for 5 IAS and 4 PCS officers. The IAS officers with their new portfolios are Neelma (additional deputy commissioner-development, Ferozepur), Vipul Ujwal (commissioner, MC Moga), Shruti (additional deputy commissioner-general, Fatehgarh Sahib, Vineet Kumar (SDM, Talwandi Sabo) and Udaydeep Singh Sidhu (district transport officer, Rupnagar).

The reshuffled PCS officers included Tajinder Pal Singh (additional deputy commissioner-general, Faridkot), Nitish Singla (assistant commissioner-general, Mansa), Preetpal Singh (deputy secretary, water supply and sanitation) and Surinder Kaur (SDM, Moga).

The posting orders of Malwinder Singh Jaggi, IAS, awaiting a posting, would be issued later, a spokesman said.
