Senior citizens hold socio-medical camp

The Chandigarh Senior Citizens' Association on Sunday organised a socio-medical camp at GMHS, Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran here.
UT home secretary Anil Kumar interacted with the organisers as he took a complete tour of the camp and observed the social workers.
Major Gen MS Kandla (retd), former president of the association, explained to Anil and his wife the facilities being provided in the camp and the experience of the organisers in arranging the camp.
The camp was organised in collaboration with the department of social welfare, Chandigarh Administration. Director, social welfare, Tilak Raj also visited the camp and interacted with the organisers.
