Softball: PU post big wins

GGDU salvaged some pride later in the day by beating MJPU, Rohilkhand, 3-0. Lovely Professional University blanked JNVU, Jodhpur, 12-0, but went down 1-5 to DAU, Indore. Earlier in the day, DAU had beaten Osmania University 9-0.

Mumbai University made it two-in-two by first mauling Calicut University 13-2, and then scraping past Mangalore University 3-2, as did Krishna University, who first walloped MGSU, Bikaner, 11-0, and then defeated RGVP, Bhopal, 2-0.

Kakatiya University started the day off by registering a huge victory, beating Bharthiar University 15-5, but later went down 0-7 to Shivaji University, which had earlier in the day got the better off JNTU, Kakinada, by a 7-4 margin.
