Kumar said when he presented a bill of Rs 1,600, the youths requested for a discount. But when he refused, they got furious and started throwing chairs and tables at him. He called the police control room, but the youths managed to escape before the cops arrived. Even as investigating officer Balwinder Singh of Sector 31 police station reached the spot, SHO Kirpal Singh refuted any such incident in the area.
