Two-year-old boy killed in mishap
A two-year-old boy was killed after a car hit his mother while she was carrying him on the Ambala-Chandigarh highway in Zirakpur on Wednesday afternoon.

A two-year-old boy was killed after a car hit his mother while she was carrying him on the Ambala-Chandigarh highway in Zirakpur on Wednesday afternoon.
Advocate Sanjiv Kumar was going towards Chandigarh from Dera Bassi in his Renault Duster, when he rammed into a woman carrying her two-year-old son, Ram Singh, who sustained severe injuries.
He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh, but he succumbed on the way.
Police have started investigations after sending the body for autopsy to Dera Bassi civil hospital.
