The Election Commission has issued instructions regarding the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) with VVPAT in Thanesar, Karnal, Panipat City, Sonipat, Rohtak and Gurgaon, Haryana chief electoral officer Shrikant Walgad said on Friday.
