A Kalka-based businessman allegedly received threat messages and calls from someone claiming to be the brother of gangster Goldy Brar, a key member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

In his complaint, Prabhat Negi told the police that around 8 pm on August 3, he received a WhatsApp message from an international number. In the message, the sender claimed to be brother of gangster Goldy Brar and threatened him. This was followed by threat calls.
Acting on his complaint, police have registered a case under Section 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code at the Pinjore police station.
