Chandigarh: Innovative games delight visitors on Day 2 of Chrysanthemum show

Students of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 32, Chandigarh, organised a game ‘Swachhta ki saanp seedhi’

Innovative games and selfie points remained the main attraction on Day 2 of the Chrysanthemum Show at Terraced Garden, Sector 33, on Saturday.

Students of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 32, organised a game “Swachhta ki saanp seedhi”.

Municipal commissioner Anindita Mitra said here, the game board was imprinted with values from the Swachh Bharat Mission. “Snakes were reflected by littering and ladders by waste management to imbibe the value of waste management among the visitors, especially children, and teach them repercussions of littering,” she said.

On Sunday, a floral quiz will be held at 11 am, cultural programme at 2 pm, the prize-distribution ceremony at 3 pm and folk dance performances at 5 pm.
