‘Islam preaches unity of faith, loyalty to motherland’

Speaking on the occasion, Haji Akhtar Hussain said that all political parties used Muslims as vote bank.

PRAYAGRAJ Islam preaches unity among people of different faiths and loyalty towards motherland, said Shoaib Khan, the chief guest at a Muslim Rashtriya Manch (Intellectual) meeting held in Tulsipur on Monday. During the meeting, organised at the residence of Haji Akhtar Hussain Siddiqui, a divisional member of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch, Khan asked Muslims to follow the path of inter-faith unity.

Speaking on the occasion, Haji Akhtar Hussain said that all political parties used Muslims as vote bank but Muslim Rashtriya Manch will ensure overall development of the community members. “We will work hard to make people join us,” he said.

In a similar vein, Shehla Zabeen Khan said, “We will approach members of the community and remove their doubts about Muslim Rashtriya Manch.” Co-convener Mohd Afaq, Mohd Niaz, advocate Mohd Imran and others also spoke during the meeting.
