PMC commissioner visits industrial areas after MCCIA raise issues

As the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) raised various issues related to Hadapsar, Ramtekdi and Shivane industrial estates, municipal commissioner Vikram Kumar visited the spots.

Sudhir Mehta, president, MCCIA met commissioner Kumar on July 15 and discussed various issues.

Municipal commissioner Vikram Kumar said, “Some of the issues discussed during the meeting with MCCIA were garbage dumping, construction debris, waterlogging, water supply, street lights, additional FSI for industrial areas in PMC limits on the lines of MIDCs, and the opening of the new flyover in the Hadapsar area for traffic.”

Kumar said, “As promised, I visited the Hadapsar industrial area. I have given necessary instructions to municipal administration to sort out the issues related to garbage and road.”
