"IPL's decision to shift the matches from here is wrong. We are requesting Sharad Pawar (former BCCI chief) and Lalit Modi to reconsider the decision. We are requesting to play the allotted matches in Hyderabad," Reddy said.

"We condemn the move. It is insulting to the big state by taking away all the matches. This is not good. We are giving Modi time to reconsider the decision," Reddy told reporters.

With the Telangana agitation posing serious security concern, the IPL authority today decided to move all of Chargers' home games to Nagpur and Mumbai.

Reddy also claimed that he has discussed the matter with the franchise, who are also mulling about boycotting the IPL.

"Even today we have talked to Deccan Chargers and also appealed to boycott the IPL if they don't reconsider the move. They are also considering such a move," Reddy said.
